Is it worth having my laptop repaired?
That depends on the age of the device and the fault. After the diagnosis we tell you honestly whether the repair is worthwhile or whether a new or used device is the better choice – including data transfer from the old device to the new one.
How much does a laptop screen repair cost?
The price depends on the model and the type of screen. After the diagnosis you receive a binding cost estimate and then decide whether we replace the screen.
My laptop fan is loud or rattling – what can I do?
Usually the fan is full of dust or the bearing is worn. We clean the cooling system, renew the thermal paste if necessary or replace the fan – this prevents overheating and crashes.
Can you repair Windows without losing my data?
Yes. We back up your data before every intervention. Then we repair or reinstall Windows and restore your files – also when upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Do you also repair HP, Lenovo and Dell laptops?
Yes, we repair laptops and PCs of all common Windows brands, including HP, Lenovo, Dell, Asus, Acer, Medion and Fujitsu.
